The “White Artwork” – exhibition – competition has become a traditional event organized by the “Balta” gallery at the end of each year.
The upcoming 2025 year will be a jubilee year for the “Balta” gallery, which is why this year, too, much attention will be given to the color and artistic interpretation of the exhibition.
This year, a competition will also be held, where both visitors to the gallery and those engaging on the gallery’s online page will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite artwork.
The works and their authors receiving the most attention and votes will be announced on January 8, 2025!
For the selection, please submit a description of the works, photos, or sketches by November 22. All invited artists for the exhibition are kindly asked to present their artworks by December 1. The predominant color of the works should be white.
The exhibition will be divided into three sections:
- Small-format (up to 30×30 cm) textile works, which will be displayed on the walls.
- Various-sized 3D artistic objects, created using various techniques, to be freely exhibited throughout the gallery space.
- Works by honorary invited members of the Guild of Textile Artists and Painters.
